Originally from Kansas City, I've traded heartland horizons for the vibrant energy of Washington, DC. But I haven't forgotten my roots, as the Show-Me-State instilled in me a particular passion for sports (Go Chiefs!), a sense of Midwestern resilience, and of course, the best Barbeque in the country.
I am double majoring in communications and marketing with a minor in journalism at George Washington University in the heart of our nation's capital. Already, the city has taught me so many lessons, brought me lifelong friends, and provided me with some pretty awesome backdrops.
Although my journey behind the lens began with a love of capturing sports, over time, I have since found my true calling in capturing pure, authentic, candid moments. I am blessed to have worked with some incredible people and companies already, spanning from celebrating milestones like graduation to watching connections form in real-time at corporate events. These people make taking photos not feel like a job to me but, instead, a fun way to capture the moments that oftentimes go unnoticed. Whether it's freezing the thrill of a game-winning shot or the spontaneous joy of everyday life, my mission is to capture these seconds with authenticity and passion.
